Factors House, Restaurant
In 1993 the owner of the guesthouse bought the Factor’s House in Haestakaupstadur, just next door to the guesthouse Aslaug in Isafjordur.  The Factor’s House was built by a group of Norwegians in 1788 after the abolition of the trading monopoly in Iceland.

Heydalur Guesthouse in north west Iceland - There are nine double rooms with a private bathroom. The rooms have been installed in an old barn and cowshed. The entrance to each room is from the outside. Each room is about 20m2. In each room you will find two comfortable beds, beside table, cupboard and two chairs.
