Factors House, restaurant   Factors House Austurvegur 7 IS-400 Isafjordur Iceland Tel. + 354 456 3868 Fax + 354 456 4075 In 1993 the owner of the guesthouse bought the Factor’s House in Haestakaupstadur, just next door to the guesthouse Aslaug in Isafjordur.  The Factor’s House was built by a group of Norwegians in 1788 after the abolition of the trading monopoly in Iceland.
